Yoga Therapy with Jess Grunberg supports mental health and wellbeing through gentle, trauma-informed movement and mindfulness. Offered as individual sessions or group therapy programs, these services integrate principles of psychology and neuroscience with the wisdom of the body.
Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions

Yoga for Trauma Recovery
This 5-week yoga therapy program offers a safe and supportive environment to explore gentle yoga, mindfulness, and mind-body practices for autonomic and emotion regulation. Informed by Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), this program supports recovery from symptoms of trauma, anxiety, low mood, stress, as well as mental health and wellbeing.

Women’s Health and Perinatal Support
Small group programs designed to support women through key life transitions—including pregnancy, postnatal adjustment, and perimenopause. These yoga-based therapy programs combine psychological insight, trauma-informed care, and mind-body practices to nurture insight, self-connection, and emotion regulation.
Jess believes that yoga therapy can be useful as a stand-alone intervention or adjunct to individual psychological therapy.
