Yoga Therapy with Jess Grunberg supports mental health and wellbeing through gentle, trauma-informed and trauma specific movement and mindfulness. Offered as individual sessions or group therapy programs, these services integrate principles of psychology and neuroscience with the wisdom of the body.
Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions
Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, low mood, or simply seeking more connection with your body, yoga therapy is a supportive and empowering path to wellbeing.
Sessions may include:
Mindful movement and breath
Interoceptive awareness and grounding
Psychoeducation
Embodied decision-making
Self-compassion practices
This 5-week yoga therapy program offers a safe and supportive environment to explore gentle yoga, mindfulness, and other evidence-based mind-body practices for affect (autonomic) regulation. Informed by Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), this program supports recovery from symptoms of trauma, anxiety, low mood, stress, as well as mental health and wellbeing.

Yoga for Perinatal Mental Health
This small group yoga therapy program is designed to support pregnant women’s mental health and wellbeing in pregnancy and beyond. It combines psychological principles, neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and mind-body practices to nurture insight, mindful connection with your body, affect regulation, and distress tolerance.
Jess believes that yoga therapy can be useful as a stand-alone intervention or adjunct to individual psychological therapy.
