Therapeutic Yoga Courses

This 5-week yoga therapy program offers a safe and supportive environment to explore gentle yoga, mindfulness, and other evidence-based mind-body practices for affect (autonomic) regulation. Informed by Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), this program supports recovery from symptoms of trauma, anxiety, low mood, stress, as well as mental health and wellbeing.

Women’s Health Services

Yoga for Perinatal Mental Health

This small group yoga therapy program is designed to support pregnant women’s mental health and wellbeing in pregnancy and beyond. It combines psychological principles, neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and mind-body practices to nurture insight, mindful connection with your body, affect regulation, and distress tolerance.
