A Workshop for Health Practitioners

Evidence-based knowledge, strategies, and practices for self-care and reflection in a trauma-informed setting. Supporting your mental health and wellbeing, and the health and wellbeing of your clients / patients.

  • Wellbeing, what are you trying to cultivate

  • Trauma-informed care, how it may be helpful for you and your clients / patients

  • Predictive processing model, interoceptive awareness, and the construction of emotions

  • Neuroscience-informed approach mind-body practices and therapy

  • Practical and behavioural strategies for energy conservation and self-regulation

  • Experiential learning through mindfulness, meditation, & yoga
