Cancellation Policy

Jess kindly asks for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Notice Requirements

• 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee

• Less than 24 hours: 50% of the session fee applies

• Non-attendance: Full session fee applies

Please be aware that Medicare and private health funds do not cover cancellation fees.
